Specific symptoms of pancreatic cancer may include:
- Upper abdominal pain.
- Unexplained weight loss.
- Pain near the center of the back.
- An intolerance of fatty foods.
- Yellowing of the skin.
- Abdominal masses.
- Enlargement of liver and spleen.
