Very nice Cardiology Stethoscope for the price. I can not tell any difference between this one and the Littman Cardiology model that my roomate purchased for allot more money. Looks exactly the same and the functionality appears to be the same. My roommate and I could not tell which Stethoscope was which by listening to the heart. Heart sounds through either stethoscope were same intensity and volume. We are both 1st year so we are not experts by any means but just doing a blind listening test neither could distinguish which stethoscope was which.
